Dr. Jim Kaseman
AFCM Founder. President of AFCM Canada.
Dr. Julius Jim Kaseman is a graduate of the 1975 Charter class of RHEMA. In 1994, Jim obtained an honorary Doctor of Divinity degree from the School of Bible Theology, California. Jim Kaseman Ministries (JKM) established 27 churches in the Minnesota area, and founded the Association of Faith Churches and Ministers International (AFCM) in 1978.
AFCM has developed over the years into a worldwide movement of churches, pastors, travelling ministers, and missionaries, dedicated to bringing the Word of Faith message to the nations in the power of the Holy Spirit. Literally hundreds of churches have been established, millions of books printed and distributed, and tons if humanitarian aid distributed by AFCM registrants to countries in need.
Jim and his wife Kathleen were saved on the same day, worked together in ministry for almost 50 years and are the parents of five children, grandparents of 11, and great-grandparents of 8. Kathleen went home to heaven in May 2022. Jim continues in ministry and remains in their home in Ocala, Florida.
Michael & Linda McGregor
Vice-President & Treasurer AFCM Canada
Michael McGregor has been a registrant of AFCM Canada since its incorporation in 1988. He has Pastored Faith Christian Fellowship since June 12, 1988. He is an anointed minister of the Gospel with the ability to apply the principles of the Bible to practical situations and offers the uncompromised Word of God as the basis for walking victoriously through the challenges of daily living.
Michael and Linda ahve faithfully served on the Board of Directors of AFCM Canada for many years. Linda is also the Canadian representative on the AFCM Executive Suport Team.
Pastor Michael and Linda reside in Morden, Manitoba where they continue to minister weekly to their growing congregation. They have one married son in British Columbia and their other son is an International Teacher primary school teacher.
Steve & Penny Green
AFCM Canada Regional Directors for British Columbia & Alberta
Steve & Penny Green are the AFCM Canada Regional Directors for British Columbia & Alberta.
Steve is a 1986 graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He and Penny have Pastored Breton Word of Faith Church in Alberta for over 30 years. Steve ministers in churches, Bible schools, conferences, and overseas. He has a passion for learning the ‘mind of the writer’ when he studies a book of the Bible; understanding the primary purpose of writing and discerning the flow of the book from beginning to end. The result is confidant, fresh and revealing perspectives on the scriptures. The essential place of Jesus as ruler in our hearts is always emphasized. Steve presents the spiritual truths of what Jesus accomplished for us in His plan of redemption in a clear and simple fashion. Equal weight is placed on practical responses we need to represent Him in His power.
Penny is also a diligent student of the Word and an amazing worship leader in their church.
Steve and Penny have four children and five grandchildren.
Les & Eva Mandtler
AFCM Canada Regional Director for Saskatchewan & Manitoba
Les Mandtler is the AFCM Canada Regional Director for Saskatchewan & Manitoba. He has an apostolic call on his life to plant churches and Pastor Pastors.
Les and Eva have been with AFCM Canada since inception and attend a local church in their home town of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. They also travel throughout their province when called on for individual services and short term pulpit relief.
Les and Eva have two sons and a two grandchildren who also reside in Saskatoon, SK.
AFCM Canada Regional Director for Ontario
Bev Hicks is the AFCM Canada Regional Director for Ontario. He was born in Haliburton, Ontario and moved to Oshawa where he worked at General Motors for 31 years until his retirement in 2004. During his early years at General Motors he received Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour through the influence of fellow workers who were Christians.
Bev was the Youth Pastor and did Pastoral Care at a large church in the Oshawa area for 10 years (1998 to 2008). He was ordained through AFCM in 2004 after he retired. In 2008 Bev and his wife Pat moved back to Haliburton and started Northland Faith Church where he is now in full-time ministry as the Sr. Pastor.
Bev hosts the “Word Nuggets” program heard every Sunday morning on the local radio station. He has authored a book under the same name and is known throughout the community as Rev Bev both due to his active involvement in the community as well as his voice heard on the air.
Bev has served on the AFCM Canada Board of Directors since 2013. He and Pat have two adult children who assist their parents in ministry whenever they can.
Réal and Chantale Paul-Hus
AFCM Canada Regional Directors for Quebec & the Maritimes
Pastors Réal and Chantale Paul-Hus are the Founders and Senior Pastors of “Église Sur Le Roc” (Church on the Rock), a French-speaking church in Sherbrooke, Quebec. The church was founded in May of 1998.
Pastors Réal and Chantale graduated Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1991. They have ministered to the people of Quebec for over 30 years, having served as assistant Pastors and now senior Pastors. In 1998, they attended DOMATA School of Missions in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Upon their return, they followed the call of God on their lives to preach the good news of Jesus Christ in Sherbrooke and the surrounding regions.
Pastors Réal and Chantale, known for their message of faith, desire to reach the world by sharing God’s unconditional love through His Word. “Église Sur Le Roc” emphasizes Children and Youth Ministry and Missions Ministries. They have two daughters and five grandchildren, living in the United States and all serving in ministry.
AFCM Canada Secretary / Governing Authority / Office Coordinator
Peggie McHattie has been the Office Coordinator for AFCM Canada in Langley, BC since 2005 and Governing Authority since 2013. She is gifted in the area of administration and is responsible for maintaining all national and provincial corporate documentation and accounting for AFCM Canada and provincial registrations for of its registrants. Facilitating inquiries from current and potential registrants, planning and facilitating of all regional meetings, managing the day-to-day office needs keep Peggie busy during her time at the office.
Peggie was born again in July 1980 and filled with the Spirit in December of that year. Her foundation in Christ was established predominantly through the teachings and ministry of Kenneth E. Hagin. In 2002 Peggie enrolled in the AFCM video bible school and graduated with honors from AFCMITC in 2006.
In conjunction with her work at AFCM, Peggie spent over 20 years as a Financial Advisor, the last several years prior to retirement in 2018, as a Compliance Officer in the insurance/investment industry.
Peggie is a Trustee and Secretary of the AFCM Canada Board of Directors. She has two children and two grandchildren.
